This workbench features a work surface that gains added strength from the substantial wooden core enclosed in welded stainless steel. the particle board core is 1-1/2" thick with a phenolic backer for use in clean rooms and food service applications. type 304 brushed stainless steel is highly corrosion-resistant and has polished smooth safety edges and corners. the flared fixed-height legs are made of all welded steel channel construction and undercoated to resist rust with a gray powder coat finish. the bench stringer comes with mounting hardware to assemble legs to the bench top.
