This energy bar's first ingredient is 100 percent whole grains. It blends five super grains - oats, quinoa, buckwheat, amaranth and millet - with chocolate chunks for just the right amount of rich taste. Each bar has 35 percent less sugar than the leading energy bar and 10 grams of protein. This good source of fiber and protein is also gluten-free and kosher.
