Commercial grade cold-rolled carbon steel shell with high-temperature resistant, powder-coated finish and 13-1/4 in. x 13-1/4 in. cooking surface. Includes 10mm cordierite stone baking board, built-in Flame Safety Device for automatic gas shut-off, 28mBar QCC1 regulator and hose, compatible with large propane tanks or 1 lb. propane cylinders (adaptor required). 13,648 maximum BTU, not compatible with natural gas.
