Teacher Created Res. Gr 1-2 I Have Lang. Arts Game

The entire class can have fun with this game while they practice skills in language arts. Easy-to-play format keeps children motivated until the end of each game. Simply hand out all 37 cards to begin. The student whose card reads, "I have the first card. Who has ...?" begins. The student whose card has the answer to that question responds and then asks a different question. This continues until the person with the last card gives the final answer and then reads, "This is the end of the game." Game titles include synonyms and antonyms; word families; short vowel sounds; and long vowel sounds. Game is designed for children attending first-grade and second-grade.
