Reducer from 2" male npt pipe thread valve to 2" hose barb to connect 2" hose with swivel ring to make assembly easy and prevent hose twisting. manufactured from fda food grade materials in a strong glass coupled polypropylene under an iso 9000 quality management system. each adapter is bagged and labeled for cleanliness and ease of identification. the cpp glass coupled polypropylene material is rated to 150psi and suitable for most chemicals carried in ibc totes. thread details 2" nps male pipe thread. 59.6mm (2.35") outside diameter and 2.21mm (0.09") and 11.5 tpi thread pitch (distance between threads) to ansi b1.20.1-1983. this is a common thread found on america ibc's such as schuetz, clawson, greif/sonoco, mauser, etc. refer to key b in reference table below. note bsp fittings are compatible with nps/npt valves or adapters with a 2" diameter or smaller; applicable for plastic fittings only.
