Is There Free shipping?

We offer free shipping on select items. Please feel free to add the item to your cart and input your shipping address to see the calculated shipping cost. Please note that we can only offer dock to dock or curbside delivery. If an inside delivery is needed please contact in advance so that we can provide a quote depending on the freight company and delivery area.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No, we only ship within the United States with the exception of some states.

Returns & Cancellations

How Will a Customer Receive a Refund?

Refunds are processed in accordance with the customer's original method of payment. For example, if a customer wishes to return and item that was purchased through his/her PayPal account, a refund will be administered to his/her PayPal account only. Plexsupply’s refund policy applies to all methods of payment accepted at PLEXSUPPLY.COM, which include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

How Do I Cancel, Modify Or Add To My Order?

Orders cannot be canceled, modified or changed once they are submitted. If you are no longer in need of the item(s) and would like to start a return, please visit our Returns page to learn more.

How Do I Return An Item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused and unopened item for a refund* (not including shipping costs) within the first 30 days following your order. Please keep all original packaging; items not in their original condition are not returnable.

*The following may not be returned for a refund: Furniture once installed or assembled food & beverages, medicines and products drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. To return an item, contact us by email: [email protected] or by phone 718-732-3888.

Include the following information:
Your order number (XXXXX).
The item number of the products you wish to return.
How many of each product you wish to return.
The reason for the return. For example: Is the item defective or damaged? Was the wrong item shipped?
The condition of the item: opened or unopened.

We will reply by email with a return authorization number and shipping instructions for your return. We do not accept returns at our customer service office, please ship your return to the warehouse address included in our email reply or we will provide a UPS Label for your return. We suggest shipping with a carrier that provides proof of delivery as items lost or damaged in transit cannot be credited. UPS and FedEx automatically provide this. Delivery confirmation from the Post Office is available for a fee if you ship by mail. We recommend insuring every package for your own assurance.

Affix a label to the outer box or packaging with the return authorization number and return shipping address. DO NOT write on the product's box or packaging as this will make your item non-returnable.

No returns of any kind can be accepted without a return authorization number. Once our warehouse has processed your return, the refund will be applied to your credit card account. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of returned merchandise. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund for refused shipments of undamaged products returned to PLEXSUPPLY.COM.

PLEXSUPPLY.COM pays return shipping only for items shipped to you in error or received damaged or defective. Any claims for damage and/or shortages must be made within 5 days of the date of shipment.

PLEXSUPPLY.COM accepts returns for 30 days from the date of order. Any unused items may be returned for credit (not including shipping charges). In order to receive credit, all products must be returned in the original packaging and including all original contents.

All returns/replacements after 30 days must be done directly to the manufacturer of the product. Manufacturer's warranties vary; please consult the warranty information included with your products.
