The intended use of the product is for installation in hot and cold potable water distribution systems as well as hydronic radiant heating systems using SDR 9 tubing manufactured against ASTM F876 or CSA B137.5. For potable hot and cold water distribution, use the Superpex polyalloy insert fittings with tubing designed for potable water distribution such as Superpex. For hydronic radiant heating and cooling, use the Superpex polyalloy insert fittings with tubing manufactured with an oxygen barrier tubing such as Oxypex. The Superpex polyalloy insert fittings exhibit excellent corrosion resistance and are a superior alternative to metal fittings.
