BrassCraft's 5/8 in OD (15/16-16 thread) flare cap is machined from solid brass bar stock for a seamless, durable design. It is used to securely cap off a male flare outlet gas ball valve. Can be used in LP and natural gas installations. Intended for use in residential gas installations with internal pressures ratings up to 1/2 psi maximum.
