Delayed tension means closing rings will not clamp down and pinch fingers if they get in the way. Once fully closed, the steel spine-mounted rings lock, and the tension engages to secure your papers. 1-1/2"" capacity rings hold approximately 325 sheets. Nonglare covers have crystal-clear overlays on the front, back and spine for easy customization. Design also has a sturdy chipboard core, exposed rivets and horizontal pockets on the interior front and back covers. Each pocket holds 40 sheets of loose documents.
