Erickson's new web clamp was designed to address the problem of what to do with excess webbing. The web clamp mechanism is much like a mouse trap, lift the spring loaded clamp and place the folded webbing under the clamp, release the spring loaded web clamp and you have trapped the excess web. Very simple and effective. So neat.
