The Vertiv Geist Rack Transfer Switch VA4U1100 is a versatile rack power distribution unit (rPDU) with a transfer switch. It is a 10A/15A, 120V/208V/230V single phase unit level monitored rack PDU with 10 U-Lock C13 Outlets and dual input C14 inlets that provide 1.4kW/2.4kW/2.3kW in max power capacity. The RTS provides redundant power to single corded devices and helps ensure continuity in the event of power loss. It can quickly detect power loss on the main source and automatically switch it to the secondary source within 4 to 8 milliseconds. High-retention outlets reduce the risk of costly downtime from accidental disconnections of the power cord. The Interchangeable Monitoring Device provides unit level remote power monitoring, as well as environmental monitoring capabilities with the addition of optional sensors. This TAA-Compliant Vertiv RTS comes with a standard three-year warranty, which can be extended to five years if registered within 120 days after purchase.
