Back-mounted, locking rings can lie flat when not in use, which maximizes storage space and makes the empty binder easier to transport. 3" ring capacity holds up to 670 sheets. View binder offers view covers and spine, exposed rivets and white interior pockets that hold up to 50 sheets. Heavy-duty cover is made of sturdy, 32mm, chipboard board over polypropylene.
