Heavily-reinforced door has a full length A-frame bolster welded to formed sides of the door to resist attempted break-ins. Heavy-duty gas spring lift assists with opening and closing the door, locking arm secures the door in the open position. Grip-Rite™ lifting channel on the bottom of the door provides a full-length gripping surface to open it. Padlock is protected inside a fully-welded, heavy-duty housing, it can not be cut, pried, or pulled out to break in.
