For use on stud walls to resist racking during framing. Can be used to replace code prescribed 1 x 4 in wood let-in bracing as a framing aid. Rolled edges and t-style design give strength, rigidity and eliminate sharp, sheared edges. Framing aid only; not a substitute for structural shear wall components. G90 galvanizing finish. Requires two 8d nails for each plate, one 8d nail for each stud. Max load is the max load vector applied at top of stud wall section, not to exceed 25 ft L, resisted by the combination of wall brace straps installed.
