To easily raise and lower the fabric-upholstered, cushioned seat in black, lift up on the handle. Change the seat depth simply by pulling out the rod below the seat out, slide the seat to your preference and return the rod to locked position. Arms adjust in six ways: up and down; in and out; and swivel in and out at an angle. Adjust the tilt tension control by turning a front button below the seat on the right side. The tilt lock button is on the left side below the seat for easy access. Activate the synchro tilt by pulling out the paddle below the seat. This will allow the chair to float freely in a rocking motion. Executive chair rolls easily on five casters. Seat measures 18-9/10" wide x 15-3/4" to 17-18/25" deep x 18-9/10" to 23-2/5" high. Mesh back measures 17-1/10" x 25-4/5" high.
