Rust-Oleum 310 roof and foundation coating is a non-fibered asphalt emulsion designed for spray or roller application as a high quality primer and thin base coat for use with Rust-Oleum fibered black roof coating and other black roof coatings. It can be used as a damp proofer on vertical surfaces to protect against moisture penetration in roofing or building applications. This product is used to fill pores to protect against moisture penetration when sprayed or roller applied.
