The Saddle Seat Lab Stool features a saddle seat that helps to keep the hips engaged, encourages better posture and may allow better breathing from the diaphragm. The lab stool also features two ways to adjust its height. Simply use your heel to push down on the foot pedal plate, or use the pneumatic height-adjustment lever under the seat.
