Xypex high n dry waterproofer. Concrete water-proofing by crystallization although applied as slurry coating, high n dry is a chemical treatment which reacts with moisture and the chemical constituents of concrete to produce a non-soluble crystalline growth within the pores of the concrete thus sealing it against water seepage.
